“That Which Hungers” (aka “The Hungry Come to Feed”), is the example scenario in the Trick of Shadowlight “A Covenant to Mend a Galaxy in Tatters”, which I ran as the first S&P playtest session at #Metatopia2024: Session 1, Day 1 (Friday, 11/8/2024).

Event information, including details such as session description and attendees. "You and your crew, cast-offs from the aftermath of a wide-scale conflict that resulted in the entire galaxy scattered and left to fend for itself, find a data disk with coordinates to an abandoned military research facility. What was being researched? Why is it abandoned? What will you do when you answer the first two questions? The aim is to playtest chorus (aka the GM) resources to help balance prep and improv, in particular a "macro-level" mystery solving layer that takes cues as play unfolds."
